Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup milk.
- 300 g fresh cream.
- ½ cup granulated sugar.
- 2 tsp green tea powder.
- 20 g sugar.
- 10 egg yolk.
- ½ cup water.
- ½ cup green tea syrup.
Directions:
1- In a small saucepan add sugar and water and allow the mixture to boil on medium flame for 3-5 minutes.
2- Once boiled, add the green tea and stir the mixture well to dissolve any remaining sugar grains.
3- Let it cool, strain the syrup to remove the tea and keep it aside.
4- Mix sugar and egg yolks and put them in a pan. Then, add the cream, milk and the green tea syrup to it. Cook for 2 minutes.
5- Let the mixture cool down and put it into the ice cream maker and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
