Orzo Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- ½ cup orzo
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 tsp salt

Directions:
- Heat the butter in a deep saucepan over a low heat.
- Add the orzo to the pan and stir around for a few minutes until start to change colour.
- Add the rice, and continue to stir for 3 minutes.
- Add the water and salt, turn up the heat and bring the rice to the boil.
- Once the rice is boiling, give it a couple of stirs around, put a lid on the pan, and reduce the heat to medium-low.
- Leave the rice to simmer for 8 to10 minutes until the water has absorbed.
- Leave the rice over a low heat for 20 minute.
- Remove from the heat, leave it to stand for 5 minutes, and serve.
