Poisson au four
mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- 4 trout
fillets with skin.
- 2 tbsp
mayonnaise.
- 2 tbsp of
cottage cheese.
- 1 tsp mustard.
- 4 sprigs
tarragon.
- 1 ½ tsp salt.
- 1 tsp black pepper.
Directions:
- Preheat oven
to 210 ° C.
- In a bowl,
mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise and mustard.
- Rinse and dry
the trout fillets. Place them skin side down in a baking dish.
- Salt and
pepper the trout.
- Divide the ¾ of
the sauce over the fillets mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle with
tarragon leaves.
- Bake the dish
for 20 minutes.
- Just before
serving, remove the 4 fillets on plates, along with a dollop of mayonnaise
sauce cold.
