Ingredients:
- 1 large
salmon filet, bones removed.
- 950 ml root
beer.
- 2 tbsp olive
oil.
- 2 tbsp
coarsely ground garlic seasoning.
Directions:
- Simmer the
root beer in a medium saucepan set over a medium heat. Reduce by 75 % until
thickened.
- Rub the
salmon filet with oil.
- Rub on the
ground garlic seasoning.
- Place the
salmon in a grill pan, skin side down.
- Brush the
filet all over with the root beer sauce.
- Cook under
the grill for 15 to 20 minutes. Cooking time will vary based on the thickness
of the filet.
- Turn once to
cook evenly on the other side.
- Serve with
salad.
