- 2 tbsp sour cream.
- ½ tsp snipped chives.
- ⅛ tsp minced parsley.
- ⅛ tsp garlic salt.
- Black paste food colour.
- 36 crackers.
- 18 cherry tomatoes quartered.
- 18 large pitted olives.
- 72 fresh chive pieces (about 1 ½ inches long).
Directions:
- Mix the first 6 ingredients together until smooth.
- Remove 1 tbsp of this mixture and tint it black with paste food colour for
dots on ladybug.
- If you don't have a pastry bag and tip for the dots, use a small plastic
bag with the corner cut off.
- Make a circle with herbs cheese on every
biscuit.
- Cut cherry tomatoes into four pieces and arrange 2 of the quarters on the
cracker, making a "V" shape with them.
- Cut the olives into 2 or 3 slices depending on the size and place 1 of
them at the point where the 2 tomato pieces touch.
- Add 2 pieces of snipped chive, by putting them into the center of the
olive.
- Pipe several dots on the tomatoes for ladybug spots.
