Ingredients:
- 200 grams dry
apricot.
- 2 tbsp castor
sugar.
- 1 tbsp almond
extract.
- 2 tbsp water.
- 1 ½ cup
grated white chocolate.
Directions:
- cut the dry
apricot into cubes and pour in the food processor.
- Add the sugar,
almond extract and water to apricots, then mince it
well on high speed until the ingredients became like dough.
- form the apricot dough by hand in to
small balls in the size of a walnut, and arranged on a tray.
- Pour the
white chocolate in a deep bowl, and leave it on a water bath, stirring from
time to time until melted, then leave it at room temperature until the heat be
calm.

by the fork in the chocolate until covered well, arranged on the tray, and
leave it in the fridge for 2 hours or until dry.

truffle in an airtight container and it can be saved in the fridge for 2 weeks.
