Apricots Truffle


Germany Cuisine 
Ingredients:
- 200 grams dry apricot.
- 2 tbsp castor sugar.
- 1 tbsp almond extract.
- 2 tbsp water.
- 1 ½ cup grated white chocolate.

Directions:
- cut the dry apricot into cubes and pour in the food processor.
- Add the sugar, almond extract and water to apricots, then mince it well on high speed until the ingredients became like dough.
- form the apricot dough by hand in to small balls in the size of a walnut, and arranged on a tray.
- Pour the white chocolate in a deep bowl, and leave it on a water bath, stirring from time to time until melted, then leave it at room temperature until the heat be calm.
- flood apricots balls by the fork in the chocolate until covered well, arranged on the tray, and leave it in the fridge for 2 hours or until dry.
- Arranged the apricots truffle in an airtight container and it can be saved in the fridge for 2 weeks.
