Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond
flour.
- 1 ¼ cup
sweetened condensed milk.
- 2 tbsp sugar.
- ½ cup of
water.
- 2 tbsp
starch.
- 1 teaspoon
almond extract.
Directions:
- Pour the milk
in a small saucepan, and add the water and stir it well.
-leaves the mixture
on lower fire until it reaches the boiling point, with
stirring from time to time.
- Add the
almond flour and sugar to the mixture, and continue stirring it for 2 minutes or
until slightly thickened texture.
- Dissolve
starch in a little cold water and add to the mixture, while continuing to mix,
stirring until it condenses and thickens texture.
- Lift the
pudding from the fire, and add the almond extract and stir it well.
- Leaves almond
pudding for a few minutes, then pour it in the glasses and cool it in the
fridge until firmed.
