Ingredients:
- ½ kg chicken livers, cleaned, washed, and drained.
- 4 large garlic cloves, finely chopped.
- 3 tbsp corn oil.
- 3 tbsp soy sauce.
- 2 tbsp white vinegar.
- 1 tsp paprika.
- ¼ tsp black pepper.
- ¼ tsp ground chili powder.
Directions:
1. Place the liver pieces in a deep bowl, add all the ingredients except the oil, and stir with a spoon until well coated.
2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the liver mixture and leave it undisturbed for one minute. Then, continue stirring occasionally for 6 minutes, or until the liver pieces are cooked through.
4. Pour the liver mixture into a serving dish and serve with white rice or bread slices.
