French Fries will never turn soggy if you reheat them like this

Are you a French fries lover? If yes, then the idea of buying and then relishing it on your couch while enjoying the evening movie might sound like a dream unattainable.

But, what if we say that you can have the same crispiness at home too? Tempted? Have patience and read below to know the trick and relish the fries with your favourite drink.

Why microwave is not a good idea?

While some people prefer microwave over a gas stove, the former is not good for your fries because if you talk about the cooking mechanism of a microwave, the heat discharged inside is trapped in the cooking container, and thus the process makes the fries soggy and limp.

Just do this steps..

Step 1:

First of all, you need to place a medium skillet with a heavy bottom over medium-flame to attain the exact crispiness.

Step 2:
Once the pan is hot enough, add 2 tablespoons of refined oil or butter. This quantity is for one big packet of store bought fries.

Step 3:
After the oil begins to heat, start adding fries in one single layer. Cook for a minute.

Step 4:
Use a spatula to flip the fries and again cook for about 35-40 seconds. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5:
Switch off the flame and place the fries on tissue for 15-20 seconds to absorb extra oil. Serve hot.
