Ingredients:
- 3 medium-sized potatoes, cut into fingers
- 2 tbsp corn oil.
- 2 tbsp starch.
- 1½ tbsp paprika.
- 1 tsp lemon salt.
- ¼ tsp salt.
- Deep oil for frying.
Directions:
1- Mix the starch, paprika, lemon salt and salt together in a small bowl.
2- Spread the potato fingers on a large tray, spread on the oil, then rub it with your hands until well coated.
3- Sprinkle the paprika mixture on the potato fingers, rub it with your hands until well seasoned, then set it aside for 10 minutes.
4- Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over a above medium-heat, and fry the potato fingers in batches until they take the medium red color.
5- Remove the potato fingers from the oil, and leave it for a few minutes on the kitchen paper to get rid of the excess oil, then serve.
