Ingredients:
- 1 lb peeled prawns.
- 3 slices cleaned pineapple, cut into pieces.
- ½ cup orange juice.
- ½ cup lemon juice.
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
- 1 tsp onion powder.
- ½ tsp salt.
- ½ tsp black pepper.
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes.
Directions:
1- Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt and pepper in a saute pan, and bring to a simmer.
2- Add the prawns and cook just until the prawns are cooked through and turn pink, about 3 minutes.
3- Remove the prawns from the saute pan and set aside.
4- Add the pineapple and the read pepper flacks to the marinated orange juice, cook over high heat for 1 minute, and remove it from the heat.
5- Place the poached prawns on a platter.
6- Remove the pineapple from the liquid and place it on the prawns.
7- Drizzle with the marinated orange juice.
