Ingredients:
- 1 can ( 15.5 oz) of cannellini beans, rinsed and drained.
- 1 large clove of garlic, finely chopped.
- 3 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tbsp dried oregano, or 2 tbsp fresh, finely chopped.
- Salt to taste.- Pepper to taste.
Directions:
1- In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve at room temperature.
