Ingredients:
- 50 g baby spinach.
- 10 large strawberries, cut into quarters.
- 1 medium avocado, cut into small cubes.
- 1 large red onion, sliced thin.
- 3 tbsp shredded blue cheese.
- 2 tablespoons vinegar.
- ¼ teaspoon salt.
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
- ¼ cup walnut.
Directions:
1- Mix the vinegar, salt and black pepper in a bowl, and set aside.
2- Arrange the spinach leaves in a serving dish, then the strawberries, avocado, onions, and the blue cheese.
3- Distribute the vinegar mixture and decorate the dish with walnuts before serving.
