Ingredients:
- 4 medium tomatoes, diced.
- 1 small green bell pepper, seeded and sliced.
- 1 small red chili pepper, seeded.
- 1 small onion, sliced.
- 1 large garlic clove, peeled.
- ¼ cup chopped parsley.
- 1 tbsp tomato paste.
- ½ tsp salt.
- ½ tsp ground cumin.
Directions:
1- Place all the ingredients, except the tomatoes, in a food processor and pulse several times until finely chopped.
2- Place the diced tomato in a deep bowl, add the blended mixture, and mix well.
3- Spread the salad mixture on a serving plate and serve.
