Ingredients:
- 1 small package of feta cheese, cut into small cubes.
- ½ cup of milk.
- ½ tsp ground dry thyme.
- ½ tsp paprika.
- ¼ tsp ground chili.
- ¼ tsp ground dry basil.
Directions:
1- Place the cheese cubes in a deep bowl, and mash them with the spoon until well crumbled.
2- Gradually add the milk to the cheese, stirring well until it mixes with the cheese and becomes a creamy consistency.
3- Add thyme, basil, paprika and chili to the cream cheese, and mix well until completely combined.
4- Serve creamy feta cheese with slices of tomatoes, cucumbers, and olive oil with slices of toast, or serve it in loaves of bread as a sandwich.
