Vegetables soup with pasta

Ingredients:

- 6 cups of hot water.
- 2 cups of small pasta.
- 1 large potato, cut into small cubes.
- 1 large zucchini, cut into small cubes.
- 1 medium-sized carrot, cut into small cubes.
- 1 large tomato, grated.
- 1 thin stick of green onion, cut into thin slices.
- 1 thin stick of celery, cut into thin slices.
- 1 tbsp parsley leaves, finely chopped.
- 3 vegetable or chicken broth cubes.

Directions:
1- Pour the hot water into a medium-sized pot, and leave it on high heat until it boils.

2- Add the potato pieces, zucchini, carrots, celery, tomato, and stock cubes to the boiling water and stir well, then cover and leave it for 4 minutes or until the vegetables are almost cooked.

3- Add the pasta and green onion slices to the soup and stir, then cover and leave it for another 4 minutes or until the pasta and vegetables are well cooked.

4- Add the chopped parsley to the soup and stir well, then remove it from the heat, pour it into a serving bowl, and serve.
