Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lb chicken breasts, cut into thin slices.
- ¼ cup lemon juice.
- ¼ cup olive oil.
- 3 small red onions, sliced.
- 1 small yellow pepper, sliced.
- 1 small red bell pepper, sliced.
- 1 small green bell pepper, sliced.
- 1 ½ tsp cumin powder.
- 1 ½ tsp paprika.
- 1 tsp salt.
- ½ tsp chili flakes.
- ¼ tsp black pepper.
Directions:
1- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, hot pepper, paprika, salt and black pepper well together in a deep bowl.
2- Add the chicken slices to the seasoning mixture and mix it well, then chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
3- Heat a large skillet over high heat, add the chicken mixture and stir until it begins to brown.
4- Add the onion slices to the chicken and stir for two minutes.
5- Reduce the heat to medium, add the colored pepper slices to the chicken and stir well, then cover the mixture and stir from time to time until well cooked.
