Shrimp with garlic and coriander mixture

Ingredients:

- 2 lb medium sized shrimp, peeled and cleaned.
- 4 large garlic cloves, finely chopped.
- ¼ cup green coriander leaves, chopped.
- ¼ cup lemon juice.
- 3 tbsp oil.
- 1 tsp onion powder.
- 1 tsp salt.
- ½ tsp black pepper.
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom.

Directions:
1- Pour all the ingredients - except the shrimp - into a deep bowl, and stir well together with a spoon until they are completely mixed.

2- Add the shrimp to the seasoning mixture, and stir until well seasoned.

3- Cover the shrimp bowl with cling film and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

4- Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat for 1 minute or until hot.

5- Reduce the heat completely at the bottom of the pan, pour the shrimp mixture into the pan and leave it without stirring for 2 minutes, then stir from time to time for another 4 minutes or until it is well cooked and takes a medium orange color.

6- Pour the shrimp mixture into a serving dish, and serve.
