Raw tuna salad

Ingredients:

- 1 thick slice raw tuna fish.
- 1 garlic clove, minced.
- 1 small onion, finely chopped.
- ¼ cup lemon juice.
- 2 tbsp soy sauce.
- 2 tbsp olive oil.
- ¼ tsp salt.
- ¼ tsp white pepper.

Directions:
1- Put garlic, onion, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper in a dish, and stir the ingredients until well combined.

2- Cut the tuna into equal slices, then mix well with the seasoning mixture.

3- Cover the tuna slices, and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours, and it is preferable to leave soaked until the next day.

4- Serve tuna slices with green salad.
