Ingredients:
- 2 lP chicken drumsticks.
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce.
- ¼ cup oil.
- 3 tbsp hot sauce.
- 1 tbsp ketchup.
- 1 tbsp onion powder.
- 1 tsp garlic powder.
- 1 tsp salt.
- ¼ tsp black pepper.
Directions:
1- In a deep bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, hot sauce, ketchup, oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder, until well combined.
2- Flip the chicken drumsticks into the seasoning mixture until well coated.
3- Cover the chicken drumsticks with cling film, and leave it in the fridge for at least an hour.
4- Heat oven to 180° C.
5- Arrange chicken drumsticks in an oven tray, leaving spaces between them.
6- Put the tray on the second shelf from the bottom of the oven, and leave for 40 minutes or until it well cooked.
