Ingredients:
- 3 potatoes, peeled and diced.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- ⅓ cup water.
- ¼ cup flour.
- ½ tsp black pepper.
- 1 tsp paprika.
- 1 tsp salt.
Directions:
1- Put the flour, baking powder, paprika, black pepper, salt and water in a bowl, and mix the ingredients.
2- Add the potato fingers to the mixture and mix well.
3- Put the mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour.
4- Take the potatoes out of the fridge, and fry them in a pot of preheated heavy oil until golden and crunchy.
