Ingredients:
- 5 medium tomatoes.
- 20 oz brick feta cheese.
- 1 whole jalapeno peppers.
- 2 bulb garlic, finally chopped.
- 2 tbsp parsley leaves, finally chopped .
- 2 tbsp lemon juice.
- 2 tbsp olive oil.
- ½ tsp lemon zest.
- ½ tsp salt.
- ¼ tsp black pepper.
Directions:
1- Preheat oven to 200°.
2- Crumble the feta cheese in a large bowl.
3- Add the chopped garlic, jalapenos, parsley, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper to the feta cheese and mash with a fork.
4- Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds.
5- Fill the tomatoes with the cheese mixture and arrange it in an oven tray.
6- Bake for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the tomatoes are soft.
