Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of salmon fillet, skinless and boneless.
- ¼ cup lemon juice.
- 4 pieces of salmon fillet, skinless and boneless.
- ¼ cup lemon juice.
- ¼ cup soy sauce.
- 2 tbsp chili sauce.
- 1 tbsp garlic powder.
- 1 tsp ginger powder.
- ¼ tsp salt.
- ¼ tsp black pepper.
Directions:
1- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2- Mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, chili sauce, garlic, ginger, salt and black pepper together in a deep bowl.
3- Dip each salmon slice in the seasoning mixture, arrange it on a small earthenware tray, and distribute the remainder seasoning mixture.
4- Place the tray on the middle rack of the oven, and leave it for 15 minutes or until the salmon is well cooked.
