chickpea avocado salad

Ingredients:

- 1 ¼ cup 
chickpeas, boiled and drained.
- 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and cubed.
- 3 large garlic cloves, peeled.
- ¼ big cup water.
- 3 tbsp tahini.
- 2 
tbsp lemon juice.
- 2 
tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 1 tsp ground cumin.
- ¼ 
tsp black pepper.
- ¼ 
tsp sumac.

Directions:
1- Pour all ingredients -except the oil- into the electric mixer, and beat on high speed until they become a smooth puree.

2- Pour the chickpea puree into a serving dish, drizzle with olive oil.

3- Serve with toasted bread slices.
