Mackerel fillets with lemon and olive oil

Ingredients:
- 4 mackerel fillets, skinless.
- ¼ cup lemon juice.
- ¼ cup olive oil.
- 3 garlic cloves, mashed.
- 1 tsp dried parsley.
- 1 tsp salt.
- ⅓ tsp black pepper.

Directions:

1- Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2- Grease a baking dish with a little amount of oil.

3- Dry the fish fillets with kitchen paper, and place it in the prepared oven dish.

4- Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, dried parsley and garlic in a small bowl. Spread the mixture over the fish.

5- Put the dish in the oven for 30 minutes, until the fish is cooked.

6- Serve hot with salad.
