Shrimp with garlic and lemon sauce

Ingredients:

- 2 lb medium sized shrimp, peeled and cleaned.
- 6 large garlic cloves, finely chopped.
- ¼ cup olive oil.
- ¼ cup lemon juice.
- 2 tbsp parsley leaves, finely chopped.
- 1 ½ tsp salt.
- 1 ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin.
- ½ tsp black pepper.
- ½ tsp chili flakes.

Directions:
1- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat, add the shrimp, black pepper and cumin. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until shrimp begins to turn pink.

2- Add lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt and chili to the shrimp. Leave to simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the garlic turns light brown and the shrimp are well cooked.

3- Remove the shrimp mixture from the heat. Pour the shrimp into a serving bowl, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve with rice or slices of bread.
