Buttery sea bass fillets

Ingredients:

- 4 sea bass fillets.
- ¼ cup lemon juice.
- 3 tbsp butter.
- 2 tbsp oil.
- 1 ½ tsp garlic paste.
- 1 tsp salt.
- ½ tsp black pepper.

Directions:
1- Trim the seabass fillets to the size you want and season with garlic, salt and pepper.

2- Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan over a high heat.

3- Add the fillets fillets to the pan, skin-side down. Fry for 3 minutes, or until the skin is crisp and the butter has started to brown.

4- Turn the fish over and fry for 1 to 2 minutes more, until cooked through.

5- Add the lemon juice to the fish.

6- Remove the fish fillets from the pan, baste it with butter lemon juice sauce and serve it warm with salad.
