Baked fish fillet with spicy tomato sauce

Fish
 ingredients:
- 2 lb fish fillets, skinless, cut into large strips.
- 1 large green chili pepper, cut into large strips.
- 1 large red chili pepper, cut into large strips.

Seasoning ingredients:
- 5 large tomatoes, sliced.
- 7 large garlic cloves, peeled.
- 2 large red hot peppers, seeded.
- ½ cup parsley leaves.
- ¼ cup water.
- ¼ cup lemon juice.
- 2 tbsp corn oil.
- 1 
tbsp tomato paste.
- 2 tsp ground cumin.
- 2 tsp salt.
- ¼ tsp black pepper.

Directions:
1- Put all the 
seasoning ingredients in the electric mixer, and beat on high speed for 1 minute or until it becomes a smooth sauce.

2- Arrange the fish fillets in a large oven tray, spread the seasoning sauce over them, and flip the fillets over until they are well seasoned on both sides.

3- Divide the green and red chili slices among the fish fillets, then set aside for 15 minutes.

4- Preheat the oven to 250°.

5- Place the tray on the middle rack in the oven, and bake for 25 minutes or until the fish is well cooked.

6- Remove the fish tray from the oven, and serve with rice and salads.
