Ingredients:
- ½ kilo minced meat.
- 1 cup whole soybeans.
- 1 tbsp onion powder.
- 1 tsp salt.
- ¾ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp 7 spices seasoning.
Soybeans directions:
1- Wash the soybeans well, then soak them in water for an hour.
2- Drain the soybeans, and pour them into a small saucepan, then add a quantity of water to cover it well.
3- Cover the pot and leave it on high heat for 20 minutes or until the soybeans soften well.
4- Drain the soybeans from the boiling water in a wide-hole strainer, then leave it in the strainer until completely rid of the water and cool down.
Mini burger directions:
1- Pour all the ingredients into the blender, and chop on high speed for a minute or until it becomes a very soft dough.
2- Pour the burger dough into a deep bowl, cover with cling film, then leave it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
3- Grease your hands with a little oil, and form the burger dough into balls the size of a table tennis ball.
4- Heat the grill over a medium heat, and brush it with a little oil with a small brush.
5- Place the meat ball on the palm of the left hand, and press it a little with the right palm until it flattens a little and becomes in the form of a small thick circle.
6- Arrange the mini burger circles on the grill one by one, and grill it for 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
7- Remove the mini burger from the grill, and place it in mini kaiser bread with cheese slices, tomatoes, lettuce and various sauces, and serve immediately.
8- You can also arrange the mini burger on a tray greased with a little oil, and baked in a preheated oven on medium heat for 20 minutes or until they are well cooked.
