Sausage with soy sauce

Ingredients:

- 2 lP sausage.
- 3 large garlic cloves, finely chopped.
- ½ cup hot water.
- 3 tbsp corn oil.
- 3 tbsp soy sauce.
- ¼ tsp black pepper.
- ¼ tsp chili flakes.

Directions:
1- Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a high heat.

2- Add the sausage and stir for 5 minutes or until it changes color and start to brown.

3- Add the minced garlic to the sausage, and keep stirring for 1 minute.

4- Add the hot water, soy sauce, black pepper and chili flakes to the sausage, and stirring occasionally for 3 minutes or until well cooked.

5- Pour the sausage into a serving dish and serve with rice or a bread slices.
