Ingredients:
- 2 lbs calamari, cut into small rings.
- 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
- ¼ cup lemon juice.
- 2 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tsp salt.
- ½ tsp ground black pepper.
- ½ tsp chili flakes.
- ½ tsp ground cumin.
Directions:
1- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2- Add the calamari rings, garlic and cumin to the skillet.
3- continue to cook until the calamari has firmed up, about 5 minutes.
4- Add the lemon juice, salt, black pepper and chili flakes and continue to cook for 1 minute.
5- Use a slotted spoon to transfer the calamari to a serving dish.
