Baked trout with lemon juice

Ingredients:

- 2 medium sized whole trout.
- ¼ cup lemon juice.
- 3 tbsp olive oil.
- 3 large garlic cloves, finely grated.
- 1 ½ tsp ground cumin.
- 1 tsp salt.
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper.
- Lemon slices and parsley for garnish.

Directions:
1- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt and black pepper.

2- Put the cleaned trout in a medium roasting tin.

3- Season the trout inside and seasons outside with the lemon juice mixture.

4 - Preheat the oven to 160°C.

5- Baked the trout for 35 minutes or until nicely golden and cooked through.

6- Serve with lemon slices and finely chopped parsley.
