Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lP veal fillets, cut into small cubes.
- 1 medium onion, sliced.
- 2 large garlic cloves, peeled.
- 1 cup parsley leaves.
- 2 egg whites.
- 1 tsp allspices.
- 1 tsp salt.
- ½ teaspoon black pepper.
Directions:
1 - Chop the meat cubes in the mincer machine for 30 seconds or until roughly chopped.
2- Add the onion slices, parsley leaves, garlic cloves, allspices, salt and black pepper to the meat, then chop all the ingredients on high speed for 2 minutes or until they are finely chopped.
3- Pour the meat mixture into a deep bowl, cover it with nylon paper, and leave it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
4- Soak a wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes, then dry it well.
5- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and spread the oil spray on a flat oven tray.
6 - Add the egg whites to the meat mixture, then knead well by the hand.
7 - Take a small ball from the meat mixture, and roll it on one of the wooden skewers until it is covered by a thin cylinder of meat.
8- Put the skewers of kofta in the prepared tray, and spread it by the oil spray.
9 - Place the tray on the second shelf from the bottom of the oven, and leave it for 30 minutes or until the kofta becomes firm and takes a medium brown color.
10- You can also grilled on the outdoor or indoor grill on medium heat, which makes it take less time to cook.
11- Get out the kofta from the oven, cover it with foil paper and leave it aside for 10 minutes, then serve with a brown rice or bread and salads.
