Chicken tomato soup

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
- 1 medium onion, chopped.
- 3 cup vegetable broth.
- 2 cup tomato juice.
- 1 cup uncooked rotini
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce.
- ½ tsp garlic puree.
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning.
- 1 tsp salt.
- ½ tsp black pepper.

Directions:
1- Cut chicken breasts into a ½-inch dice.

2- In a large pan, combine tomato juice and sauce, vegetable broth, onions, garlic puree, chicken, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

3- Cook for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
