Chicken shawarma shish

Ingredients:

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin slices.
- 5 large garlic cloves, finely chopped.
- ¼ cup lemon juice.
- ¼ cup white vinegar.
- 1 ½ tsp salt.
- 1 ½ tsp 7 spices seasoning.
- 1 tsp sumac.
- 1 tsp paprika.
- 1 tsp ground black pepper.
- ¾ tsp ground cloves.
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon.

Directions:
1- Place the chicken slices in a deep bowl, add all the other ingredients to the chicken and mix it well.

2- Cover the chicken bowl with nylon paper, then leave it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably until the next day.

3- Preheat the oven over medium heat.

4- Soak a wooden sticks in water for 20 minutes, then dry it well.

5- Stick the chicken slices very closely in the wooden sticks, place the sticks spaced apart on a flat oven tray, and distribute the remainder of the seasoning mixture over it.

6- Turn off the oven fire, and preheat the grill over medium heat.

7- Placed The tray on the second shelf from the bottom of the oven, turn the sticks every 10 minutes for 35 minutes or until the chicken skewers are cooked and take a medium golden color from all sides.
