Cinnamon rice milk


Ingredients:
- 2 (32 oz) containers unflavored rice milk.
- ¼ cup granulated sugar.
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon.
- 2 tbsp dark rum.
- Cinnamon sticks.

Directions:
1- In a saucepan, over low heat, warm the rice milk and sugar, stirring often, until the sugar dissolves.

2- Remove from heat.

3- Stir in the ground cinnamon and rum.

4- Pour into dishes; let cool.

5- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours.

6- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
