Ingredients:
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- Olive oil for greasing
Directions:
1- Combine well all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- 500 g minced beef

Directions:
1- Combine well all the ingredients in a large bowl.
2- Covered the bowl and set it in the fridge for 1 hour.
3- heat the grill pan on high heat.
4- Grease your hand with olive oil, and shape the meat mixture into medium long fingers. You can also use skewers, or roll them into flat little balls as you prefer.
5- Place them on the hot grill pan and cook them for approximately 4 minutes on both sides.
6- Serve with plain rice, a salad and potatoes.
