Chocolate fondant

Ingredients:
- 80 g eggs
- 64 g sugar
- 32 g flour
- 80 g dark chocolate
- 80 g butter
- 20 g crushed pistachios
- 200 ml vanilla ice cream

Directions:
- Melt butter and chocolate on a bain-marie.
- Mix egg and sugar separately then pour the melted chocolate and butter mixture over the eggs and sugar.
- Add flour and fold it gently.
- Pour the mixture into small aluminum cups.
- bake it at 180C for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the foil cups and serve hot with a vanilla ice cream on a bed of crushed pistachio.
- Garnish with sesame tuille (optional). Dust with icing sugar.
