Baked chicken nuggets

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into nuggets.
- ¼ cup of Panko bread crumbs.
- ¼ cup of fine bread crumbs.
- baking spray.
- 2 tsp of Parmesan cheese.
- ½ tsp of garlic powder.
- Salt.
- Pepper.

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, granulated garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl. Mix until everything is well combined. Set it aside.
- Coat a baking tray with some baking spray.
- Cut you chicken breast into strips about ½ an inch thick.
- Place the strips in the bread crumb mixture and dredge them until they’re well coated.
- Set them on the baking tray and coat them with some baking spray. You can to bake them in two batches.
- Put the chicken nuggets in the oven and bake them for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Turn them over and bake them for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
