Ginger’s chocolate balls

Swedish Cuisine

Batter ingredients:
- 1 cup hazelnuts.
- ½ cups sunflower seeds.
- ½ dl coconut flakes.
- ½ cup cold coffee.
- ½ dl soft dates (seedless).
- 3 tbsp cocoa.
-  1 tsp chili flakes.
- 1 tsp ginger.

Topping ingredients:
- ½ cup pistachios, chopped.
- ½ dl coconut flakes.
- ½ tsp chili flakes.
- ¼ tsp ginger.

Directions:
- Mix the dry ingredients in a food processor.
- Add the dates and coffee; mix to a smooth batter.
- Mix the ingredients for the topping.
- Shape the mixture into equal sized balls and roll them in the topping.
