Italian Cuisine
Ingredients:
- 1lbs ground
beef (as lean as possible).
- 1 medium onion,
grated.
- ½ tsp garlic
powder.
- ¼ cup red
wine, dry.
- 1 cup
vegetable stock.
- ⅔ cup tomato
sauce.
- 1 tbsp
parsley + ½ tbsp for topping.
- 1 tbsp
oregano.
- ½ tbsp basil.
- 1 tsp salt.
- ½ tsp pepper.
Directions:
- Grate the onion
as small as possible, set aside.
- In a large
saucepan brown the beef.
- Pour wine in
the saucepan, turn the heat back to medium.
- Add vegetable
stock, tomato sauce and all spices.
- Turn heat
back to low and let simmer for about 1 hour, stirring once in a while.
- Cook your
spaghetti according to package instructions and serve with Bolognese sauce
parsley
on
top.
