Moroccan Cuisine
Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole wheat couscous.
- 1 cup chicken stock.
- 2 tsp olive oil.
- ¼ cup roughly chopped cilantro.
Directions:
- Bring the chicken stock to a boil in a
small pot.
- Put the couscous in a big pawl, add in
the chicken stock and stir.
- Caver the pawl with plastic warps, and
set it for a couple of minute until observe the stock.
- Remove the plastic warps and stir in
the olive oil and cilantro.
- Serve the couscous with meat
or chicken and salad.
