Shrimp's Eggs

Ingredients:
- 6 eggs.
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise.
- 12 fresh medium shrimp peeled and deveined.
- Fresh parsley.
- 2 tbsp black or red caviar.

Directions:
- Boil the eggs for 7 to 10 minutes or until hard.
- Once cooled, cut the eggs in half and remove the yolk.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the yolk until creamy.
- Scoop the yolk/mayo mixture back into the egg halves.
- Top with fresh, peeled shrimp, a bit of parsley, and some caviar, and serve cold.
