Ingredients:
- 3 cups almond flour.
- 1 cup grated coconut.
- 3 cups icing sugar.
- 2 egg whites.
- 2 tbsp butter.
-¾  tsp vanilla powder.
- Drubs from different fruits extract.
- 2  tbsp blossom water.
- ¾ cup of water.
- Different food colors.
- 2 tbsp of sugar.

Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, sugar, coconut and vanilla and mixing well.
- Melted butter in a small saucepan adds it to the flour mixture, and mixture it by fingers to until they becomes small granules of dough.
- Add egg white to the mixture and knead by hand until flour disappears.
- Add blossom water into the water and mixt it well together, then add mixture gradually to the dough and knead well by hand until the dough becomes smooth.
- Increase amount of water if the dough is still dry.
- divide dough into a number of small vessels.
- Add a few drubs from each color and fruit extract to the dough to make the fruit desired, like orange color and orange extract to make the shape of orange or red color and strawberry extract to make the shape of strawberry.
