Ingredients:
- 3 ½ (1 oz) package
Jello gelatin, any flavor.
- ½ cup warm water.
- 1 ½ cups miniature
marshmallows or 12 large marshmallows.
- food coloring.

Directions:
- Spray an 9 inch size
square baking pan with cooking spray.
- Mix gelatin and water
in a microwavable mixing bowl.
- Cook on high 1 ½ minutes,
then stir to dissolve completely.
- Add marshmallows to
gelatin.
- Microwave 1 minute or
until marshmallows are almost melted.
- Add a few drops
of food coloring to the mixture.
- Stir until completely
melted and mixture is smooth.
- Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate
45 minutes or until set.
- Loosen edges with
knife dipped in warm water.
- Starting at one end,
roll up tightly.
- With seam side down,
cut into slices.
