Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature.
- ½ cup granulated sugar.
- 4 oz (110 g) dark chocolate, coarsely chopped.
- 1 large egg, well beaten.
- 8 oz McVities Biscuits (or your favorite biscuits).

Directions:
- Get a cake ring and grease it a bit and then use a sheet of parchment paper on it.
- Start breaking the biscuits by hand into smaller size.
- Start creaming the butter in a bowl.
- Add sugar until the combination start taking some form, but stop when you see is lighted enough.
- Get a recipient and start melting the Dark chocolate on low fire.
- Then add the combination of butter and sugar you prepared on the step before.
- Add the egg to the mixture.
- Start adding the small biscuits parts and mix them very well but very slow so they don’t break into smaller pieces.
- After mixing the biscuits with the chocolate, sugar and butter cream spoon the mixture into the cake ring.
- try to fill all the empty space because the bottom of the ring will be the top after unmolded.
- Put the cake on the refrigerator for minimum 2 and half hour.
- After the established time, take the cake out from the refrigerator and start melting the rest of the dark chocolate.
- Let the chocolate rest for a while at room temperature for it to mix well.
