Ingredients:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp pepper
- ¾ tsp dried marjoram
Directions:
1- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the chicken breast.

Directions:
1- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the chicken breast.
2- Pour the marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add the chicken breast, seal the bag and turn to coat.
3- Refrigerate for up to 2 hour.
4- Drain and discard marinade and grill chicken, covered, over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 170°.
