Roasted Chicken in Spicy Soy Sauce

Ingredients:

- 1 medium-sized chicken, cut into 6 pieces.
- 8 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
- 1 tbsp ginger powder.
- ½ cup soy sauce.
- 3 tbsp oil.
- 2 tbsp hot pepper sauce.
- 2 tbsp vinegar.
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds.
- 1 tbsp brown sugar.
- ½ tsp all spices.
- 1 tsp black pepper.
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon.

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to medium-high.

2. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat, then brown the chicken pieces for 3 minutes on each side until light golden brown.

3- Transfer the chicken pieces to a medium-sized, high-sided baking dish.

4- Mix the soy sauce, hot sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar, and brown sugar in a deep bowl until well blended. Then, spread the marinade mixture over the chicken pieces in the dish.

5- Place the dish in the oven and bake for 35 minutes, or until the chicken pieces are thoroughly cooked and medium brown.

6- Remove the chicken dish from the oven and serve with rice and salad.
