Ingredients:
- 1 lb skinless and boneless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces.
- 6 large garlic cloves, finely chopped.
- 1 cup boiled chicken broth.
- ¼ cup soy sauce.
- 3 tbsp oil.
- 1 tbsp paprika.
- 1 tsp ground cumin.
- ½ tsp ground chili pepper.
Directions:
1- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken pieces. Staring occasionally for 5 minutes or until they change color and begin to brown.
2- Add the soy sauce, garlic, paprika, cumin, and chili to the chicken, and stir the mixture for a minute or until the scent of the spices appears strongly.
3- Add the boiling stock to the chicken and stir it well.
4- Reduce the heat completely and stir the chicken mixture occasionally for another 7 minutes or until the chicken is well cooked.
5- Pour the chicken mixture into a serving plate and serve with rice and salads.
