Oven-fried fish fillet fingers

Ingredients:

- 2 lb white fish fillet slices, skinless and boneless.
- 4 large garlic cloves, finely chopped.
- 1 cup all-purpose flour.
- ½ cup corn flour.
- ¼ cup lemon juice.
- 3 tbsp oil.
- 3 tbsp parsley, finely chopped.
- 1 ½ tsp finely grated lemon peel.
- 1 ½ tsp ground cumin.
- 1 ½ tsp salt.
- ½ tsp white pepper.

Directions:
1- Wash the fish slices with running water, then dry them completely with kitchen paper, and cut them into wide fingers.

2- Mix garlic, parsley, oil, lemon juice and zest, cumin, salt and pepper in a deep bowl.

3- Mix all-purpose flour and corn flour in a deep dish.

4- Flip the fish slices on both sides in the seasoning mixture, then flip them in the flour mixture until they are covered on both sides. Arrange them in a large oven tray, and distribute the remaining seasoning mixture over them.

5- Preheat the oven at 250° degree.

6- Place the tray on the middle rack of the oven, and leave it for 20 minutes or until the fish slices take the golden colour.

7- Remove the fish tray from the oven and serve it.
